Accommodations were tight, small and the loft consisted of a tiny bed with even smaller mattress on the floor. The loft had zero head room. The dishes were dirty and on the floor. Owner was rude and unappreciative of his guests. Drove his cash preference too hard, if want people to pay cash tell them up front or advertise as cash only. Paul the guide was great! But the place way OVERRATED. Stay somewhere else.
It's only my opinion but as a business owner myself if there is a policy of no fishing on the dock then there should be NO fishing on the dock. Just because you are the deceased owners grandson shouldn't mean you get special privileges. As guests here we have pay to have access. There should be NO special privileges. NO FISHING should mean NO FISHING...
Been coming off and on for more than 20 years. Always a great place. Has really built up since last visit, but still lovely, even if you don't fish. If you want some place to just decompress or fish, this is an excellent choice. The choice of accomodations seems fairly wide ranging, depending on how many people and what you are looking for. Love this place.
Really enjoyed our time here, fishing was great never fished the Norfork before so we hired a guide. Doug was a great guide and showed that he really knows his stuff and he also a great person I can't wait to go back. I love my state and this is just another reason why!
Went on a weekend getaway with the family. They can accommodate anyone. 1-2 person cabins all the way to 20+ person cabins. Clean. Wonderful staff. And we also had great neighbors. Will come back!
